• Ensure thorough familiarity with inspection methods, techniques, equipment, tools, and aids and maintain expertise in the skills required for the work they will be inspecting.
• Ensure all equipment and tools are withim calibration and have calibrtion dates affixed.
• Understand current specifications involving tolerances and limitations.
• Properly performed and recored the inspection. Ensre the proper execution of records before returning the article to service.
• Ensure work areas are clean, free from foreign oject debris, and well-maintained.
• Ensure mechanics are completing quality work per standards, policies, and manuals. Report deficiencies immediately.
• Ensure only properly authorized technicians are working, signing or stamping their work cards.
• Maintain constnt attention to safety.
• Ensure all materials are allocated to the correct job and project number.
• Must have the ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Any additional duties assigned by the Chief Inspector and/or Director of Quality
